This annual event, always in the heart of "el barrio", 5th and Lehigh Ave, Philadelphia, PA, on September 7, 2003, always showcases the best in the arts that this area has to offer.

This years event co-sponsored by AMLA, Hispanic Association of Contractors and Engineers (HACE), Aspira Inc of Penn, and El Taller featured local and international artists, musical groups from across the galaxy, plenty of food, great weather, and great poople.

Musical and dancing entertainment was provided by: Taller Dancers, Omni Presence, Los Pleneros Del Batey, Palo Mayor, Jesse Marquez y su Rock Band, Alo Brazil, Pura Candela (an almost all ladies band), and the Spanish Harlem Orchestra - featuring an all-star cast such as: Willie Torres, Ray Sepulveda, Frankie Vasquez, Jimmy Bosch, Oscar Hernandez, and many more).
